Following the CTSQ and INSPQ strict guidelines, we have created the safest possible environment for our staff and clients.
Since the start of the pandemic:
We frequently disinfect all rooms, bathroom and common areas;
We wash our hands after and before each client;
We wear masks, protective goggles/visors and dress in recommended PPE;
We screen all clients by phone or by email before each visit;
We check temperatures with a contactless thermometer upon arrival;
We stagger appointments to limit the number of clients in the clinic at any one moment, to avoid any incidental contact between them;
All clients must wear masks, leave shoes and exterior clothing in a designated area.
Upon arrival, clients are immediately directed to an already disinfected bathroom where they must thoroughly was their hands. They will then be seated in an isolated, sanitized room while they wait for their therapist.

Your safety is our main priority.

Do I need a referral to come and see one of your professionals?

A referral is not necessary to book an appointment. So long as your doctor has not recommended against treatment, we can assess you with or without one.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

Once the initial contact is made with our front desk, you will be seen within 24-48 hours (during business hours) by a certified practitioner.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Yes, depending on your private insurance plan. Check to see what services your insurance covers so that we can book you with the appropriate professional.

How do I make an appointment?

Your first appointment must be made by phone so that we can register you into our online booking system. Once your account is registered, you can easily book your appointment online at your convenience.

What do I wear to my appointment?

You should come prepared with appropriate clothing for your injury. For example: tank top for a shoulder injury, gym shorts for a spine or lower back injury, etc. Clothing should be comfortable and non-restricting.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Generally speaking, your first appointment is where we take your history. If you have any results from medical exams (ie MRI/Scans ) or doctor’s notes that are relevant to your visit, bring those with you.

How many sessions will I need to get better?

This is specific to each injury/situation we are presented with. We usually only require a visit once per week. We usually recommend 3 treatments to start our treatment plan and re-evaluate from there. Our approach is very different from most clinics, as it is a more aggressive, comprehensive and a global one; therefore, less treatments are usually needed to achieve the desired result.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule an appointment simply call us. Our friendly front desk will be happy to assist you in any modifications should you need to make some. This can also be done independently using our secure online booking system, which you can access once you open a file with us. We do however require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Will my first visit be more expensive than my follow ups?

No, we will actually grant you extra time for your first session to ensure a thorough evaluation as well as a full treatment, free of any additional charge.
