Sophie has been a Certified Athletic Therapist at The Body Mechanics since 2014. She is highly experienced, an excellent therapist and extremely personable. Sophie has been with us since the beginning and is an incredible asset to our team!
Education
- Degree in Kinesiology from University of Moncton
- Degree in Athletic Therapy from University of Concordia
- Graduate of University of Moncton in Kinesiology (08’) and Concordia University in Exercise Science, specialization in athletic therapy (12’)
Career
Sophie had worked 4 years with varsity athletes in 5 different sports before getting certified. Fully certified now and working in the AT field for 8 years, she has covered sporting events from scholar and college levels to Olympic try-outs. She has been part of the Body Mechanics team now for 7 years, as well as working at Selwyn House from 2013 – present.
