Samantha is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a passion for movement and performance. She specializes in preventing, assessing, and rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries, helping clients recover and return to what they love. She also provides first aid coverage for various sporting events.

A lifelong mover, Samantha has been dancing for over 20 years and trained professionally at L’École de danse contemporaine de Montréal (EDCMTL). For the past decade, she has shared her love of dance through teaching, blending her deep understanding of human movement with her expertise in injury care.

Education

Concordia University, Bachelor of Science in Health, Kinesiology and Applied physiology program with a specialization in Athletic Therapy.

Career

Her background as both a professional dancer and instructor gives her unique insight into biomechanics, allowing her to tailor rehab strategies for athletes, dancers, and active individuals. She incorporates a hands-on approach, using manual therapy techniques to release tension, restore mobility, and optimize movement.
Whether working with professionals, recreational athletes, or weekend warriors, Samantha’s goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay active.
